The location has been found for our children's home, it is between Chum Phae and Khon Kaen located in the mountains. The site is 6400 square meter. There will be room for children's home, house for staff and a big sports and play ground with swimming pool.
The price for the land is 4.500 Euro, and buildings and sports and play ground 27.000 Euro.
We will start building in november 2008, if everything is running after the plan, the first phase will be finish in march 2009.
First phase will be the children's home, house for staff, sports and play ground and fence, the next phase will start when we got the founding.
If your company have interest in supporting our important project, the process is:
1. We need a bank guarantee from your company bank, of the supporting amount.
2. The found will not be paid to AJ FOUNDATION before your receive a invoice, so your company can see the your found have been used the right way.
3. Your company will receive pictures from the building process.

2. We deliver Thai furniture's and Thai silk for direct sale to private person's or store's, who just love this hand made product and want to use them in there home or retailers who want to sell them in there home country.
3. With our Herbalife sales we use only poor Thai people who have a very low school background as our workforce. These people don't need to stop there other job, but can work with Herbalife on the side. The reason why we use Herbalife is the high quality of there product and Herbalife gives free courses in business planning, marketing and product management taught over the internet and in Bangkok. The education they can use for other job's to in the future. There are also offices in the south of Thailand (Krabi) and in north-east Thailand (Nakhorn Ratchasima), where they always can get advice and general support. AJ Foundation pay's for the start business packet, IBP (1.200 THB or 35 USD). If the participants can't make money from Herbalife sales, they don't have to pay the money back from there IBP, otherwise, they have to pay the money back over a reasonable period. Furthermore the participants within the first year they have to suggest Herbalife education and business to someone else. This way we are making people help people.
